Global insurance and asset management company seeks a responsible, organized, dynamic and team-oriented person.

This senior, high-impact role is crucial for driving the modernization and evolution of ourcore Annuity, Life Reinsurance, and Portfolio Account Management (PAM) solutions.

You will operate as aSystems Analyst , serving as the critical bridge between complex regulatory business needs (includingTAI Reinsurance for Annuity System) and robust, scalable technical implementations. You will documentsolutions in partnership with key stakeholders and application support teams to ensure our systemsdeliver institutional growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities & Impact

• Solution Ownership: Act as the primary bridge between business units, IT teams, and externalproduct vendors;
• Requirements Engineering: Translate complex financial business processes and integration needsinto clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements;
• Design & Blueprints: Provide expert design recommendations, own system blueprints for projectsand enhancements, and maintain the enterprise integration catalog;
• Quality Assurance: Support rigorous testing efforts and create comprehensive application andsystem documentation across the organization.

To be successful in this hybrid role, candidates must demonstrate a strong balance of technical depth and consultative ability.

Required Qualifications (must-have)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• 5-10 years of professional IT experience with a strong background in complex enterprise systems;
• Proven track record in technical analysis and integration projects, ideally within the Financial Services domain (Reinsurance/Life Insurance);
• Deep experience with Microsoft SQL Server, advanced SQL querying, database programming, and ETL processes (SSIS/SSRS preferred);
• Experience utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including strong skills in defining user stories;
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS desired, Azure experience a plus);

Preferred Skills & Exposure (nice to have)

• 3+ years of experience in modern web development frameworks, particularly .NET Framework;
• Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), EAI, and/or large-scale integration platformslike Informatica;
• Knowledge of web-application server configuration (IIS, JBoss) and CI/CD pipelines.
