• Developer responsible for development of data solutions within our CRM/Salesforce area; 
• Collaborate with business analysts and stake holders to understand data integration requirements and design solutions that align with business needs. Develop data integration mappings, workflows, and processes using Informatica PowerCenter;
• Via an agile delivery model…develop and implement Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes using Informatica PowerCenter. Design and optimize data transformations, mappings, and workflows to ensure efficient and accurate data integration;
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of the Informatica ETL processes. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or errors, providing timely resolutions;
•  Data analysis/data traceability; 
•  Support of QA and other team members with data related issues, questions, solutions. Etc;
•  Support and manage issues as necessary.

• Fluent in english
• Strong experience in Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS);
• Experience in the data integration with Salesforce;
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, querying, writing stored procedures and performance optimization. (SQLSever, Oracle);
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and techniques;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• CA Scheduling tool knowledge is preferred;
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills and be able to communicate and work with all levels within the organization;
• Must be self-starter. You will be accountable for completion of your assigned user stories;
• Technology experience: At least 6+ years of experience;
• At least 2 years’ experience in agile setting;
• Insurance/Financial background is preferred.
