• This role you will act as a solution engineer of our Claims and Document Generation applications. You will contribute to role of functional/technical support between the business and technology teams to maintain these applications and assist in the enhancement of them as needed. In addition, you will work closely with development and maintenance teams to assess impacts, aid prioritization and provide user support of production incidents;
• Responsible for providing first line production support to our business partners, primarily based in the US.

• Fluent in English;
• Knowledge of PEGA PRPC Version 8.7and RedHat Fuse ESB;      
• Technical skills, e.g. XML, Java, Services;
• Good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems Should be proficient in SQL commands;
• Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java) and Servlet or Enterprise containers (tomcat, BEA Weblogic, IBM WebSphere, JBOSS are assets;
• Basic testing skills will be preferred for the integration and system testing to be done along with the testing team;
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skillls to be able to work together with the Global Technology Architect / Lead System Architect and the team;        
• Good communication skills, good ability to work in a multicultural team;
• Good experience in working in an agile environment, ideally in the SAFe framework;
• Assist with testing, documenting and implementing software or application components of these systems;
• Contribute to the enhancements of the application;
• Understand solution design changes and related decisions and support these changes as needed;
• Supports the respective Product Owner in all areas including the creation of user story content;
• Support cross functional and LOB dependencies and impacts, including down-stream applications;
• Support the Product Owner and the Development/Testing colleagues, providing clarification of activity within given priorities;
• Understanding the end to end application workflow, and how the application supports the business to be able to act as a functional SME.

Desejável:

• Experience in client side technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS is a plus.
