• Extract and compile data from various sources to create comprehensive reports;
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions;
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, ensuring they align with organizational goals;
• Utilize data to tell a compelling story, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders;
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to streamline data visualization and accessibility;
• Prepare presentations and reports for executive-level meetings, ensuring clarity and accuracy of information;
• Present findings and insights to senior management and executive teams, articulating complex data in an understandable manner;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements;
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve data collection processes and reporting methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data reporting.
• Experience with KPI tracking and performance metrics.
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Familiarity with database management and data warehousing
