• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements, scope, and objectives; 
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and adherence to timelines;
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and deployment;
• Ensure the delivery of robust and scalable software solutions that meet industry standards and client expectations; 
• Identify potential project risks and implement strategies tomitigate them;
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns; 
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation; 
• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. 

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar role within software development;
• Strong background in software development, with proficiency in Java, microservices architecture, MongoDB, Kafka and Cloud technologies;
• Agile demand methodology experience; 
• Demonstrated project management skills; 
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; 
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English;
• Proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Insurance market experience.
