Responsabilidades e atribuições

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst / Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the implementation of a key insurance platform.


This role requires a blend of project management skills with a solid technical understanding to ensure smooth delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be fluent in both English and Portuguese, and have a proven track record of managing stakeholders in complex project environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of new features and enhancements to the insurance platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements;
  • Analyze and document existing insurance business processes, identifying areas for optimization and automation;
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the development team;
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets;
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and key milestones;
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors;
  • Ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes, meeting agreed-upon quality standards and timelines.

Requisitos e qualificações

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the insurance sector, including a strong understanding of key insurance business processes;
  • Experience implementing insurance platforms (e.g., policy administration systems, claims management systems);
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager with a strong technical understanding or as a Business Analyst in a technical environment. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive-level reporting;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluency in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken);
  • Experience working in a global project environment.
